They were knowledgeable, responsive and laser focused on providing excellent service. Both went over and beyond what was expected. Kevin brought my new car to me and not only patiently spent forever teaching me the new technology for the car, but acted as my advisor on what might work best for me and what I didn’t need to focus on. He then encouraged me to call him repeatedly and come in any time for more assistance as needed. What a professional! Catherine also worked magic on the business end. I’m one happy customer.
