I cannot say enough good things about the work of Scott Lyon of Herb Chambers Chevrolet Danvers Service Department. The 8 speed transmission of my well maintained truck had failed at 110,000 miles. Communication was superb. Diagnosis was prompt, professional and definitive. Once the component became available after some supply chain issues, replacement was done in less than one day, with the additional benefit of a very nice new loaner truck. This major repair was affordable thanks to the extended service plan offered by Herb Chambers years ago, when I had first come in for service. The new transmission comes with a very good warranty. My overall experience working with Scott clearly exceeds expectations. I could not be happier.
