I've been coming to this dealership for over 30 years, through multiple owners of the dealership, and purchased or been instrumental in the purchase of 5 vehicles over the years, all based upon the excellence of the service department. Not only are the service staff and mechanics routinely excellent, I want to mention that Scott has repeatedly made sure that not only are the proper services recommended, but his encyclopedic knowledge of my service history and car preferences made it possible for him to immediately name the model of car I would be happiest in after I walked in and said "I want to buy a car today. What's your recommendation?". And he was right. Very satisfied with each of the cars I have purchased and had serviced at Herb Chambers over the years.
