onTraveled 1/2 hr to have two recalls on vehicle. Dealership scheduled appt for known recall. After 3 hours of waiting I was advised one of the recalls was completed, the second one was unable to be complete the job due to no parts. They scheduled appt. Returned a second time and was told they could not complete recall as required.
