I had an appointment with Herb Chambers in Auburn for my oil change, as well as having my tires rotated and getting my inspection sticker. I was greeted immediately upon entering the garage by Jennifer, who was an outstanding employee in getting my work order complete and answering any questions or concerns I had. I got settled in the clean waiting area until she called me into her office again when my service was complete. She explained everything that was done to my car and was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with.
