I had researched the car I wanted to purchase and what the payments and finances would look like. I had been recommended to this dealership by friends and family. I arrived on a Saturday afternoon for a test drive and met with a sales person after to discuss a possible purchase. They found a car that matched my wants and we discussed what the payments/term would look like. I was pleased with the numbers presented and then met with a sales manager to discuss any coverages and finalizing monthly payments. We negotiated a price that included the coverages I desired and I went on to finalize the financing and sign paperwork. In total it took about 3 hours for me to test drive and purchase the vehicle. It arrived later that week exactly how I had ordered it and the sales man kept me updated throughout. It was a no pressure, no hassle process and I would recommend this dealership to others for a pleasant experience in a sometimes overwhelming process.
