Dealership Sales Review
Disappointing..deal my wife and I made with Luis on a Saturday unfortunately needed to be cancelled. Found out bad news on the following Tuesday right after speaking with my insurance company and requested to hold off registering the vehicle based on an issue that unexpectedly came up. Dealership ignored request and registered it anyways thus putting my wife in a very uncomfortable position. Then lied to me and told me they had received notification from my insurance company the evening prior. I confirmed this a lie after speaking with my insurance company. The [non-permissible content removed] that manages their finance team would do nothing to help and frankly, could have cared less. Refused to speak with me, not shocked about that based on how he spoke to my wife. I have used this dealership for years and have always been able to get my issues worked out to my satisfaction although not always being what I wanted. Not only will this experience end my relationship with this dealership but also my relationship with the Toyota brand. I will turn my current lease in early, take the hit and move away from this brand entirely. My wife will be stuck and that is unfortunate but when she is done with this vehicle, she will never again use a Toyota. Goes to prove how little the dealership cares about anything except THEIR bottom line, not that I ever doubted that I guess. Truly bummed.
