Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn

I was looking for a new vehicle because of a transmission issue with my previous car. We were greeted by a finance person, Samantha, because all of the sales people were busy. We sat for less than 5 minutes when Inmer came to ask what we were interested in. He was there on his day off and was willing to help us out! My husband and I were able to test drive a few cars, look into payment plans, etc. Andy was super helpful getting in touch with the bank to get us the best deal for us. Alex, the sales manager also came to chat with us and go over somethings. We were there past closing and never felt like we were holding up anyone. We returned the next morning and drove away the new owners of a 2024 Toyota Corolla and a reasonable payment plan. I can’t say enough good things about Herb Chambers Toyota and their staff. I look forward to going back for maintenance and even repairs. I only wish I could give them 10 stars but 5 will have to suffice.
