onThe service technician failed to put the oil fill cap back on. Driving down I 85 in NC the oil fill level warning came on. Luckily I found it on top of the radiator. I went to an Advance Auto Parts and they had synthetic oil. The manual doesn’t tell you anything about synthetic. So, I called BMW of Towson and started on my journey of being bounced around. No one could tell me the oil spec or even care. After talking to 2 young ladies, finally a young lady by the name of Katlin helped me and went the extra mile for me! I got the spec 0-20 and on my way. She told me about the reset and measurement. On the first two attempts no one called me back.
