Disappointed with many aspects of service department

onFirst BMW servicing at this dealership. No mats put on floors. Car came back smelling like tires and oil with windows down. Not the way it was dropped off. Asked if the car could be washed and was told unit was not working which is what they have told me the past 3 times I stopped in for complimentary car wash. Service rep couldn’t answer any questions. Hmmm… Not nearly the standard I am used to from other BMW dealerships; rather surprised.
