I brought my car in for scheduled service. The service was performed in a timely manner. The service advisor was courteous. I was sent a video text message from the technician going over the service, and found this very helpful and informative. The only negative would be that a complimentary car wash used to be part of this service. I do not know why this was discontinued, but that's disappointing. It was a lovely day, so that can't be the reason. I can only speculate that they cannot find people to do the job. In summary, very satisfied with the service experience.
