onIt was horrific. Ever since Auto Nation purchased Towson BMW, they have been a huge disappointment. They try to upcharge you every time you bring the car in for service. And, on Friday, October 27th, they totally dropped the ball and did not get around to even checking my car for almost 3 hours - even though I made an appointment several days in advance and even though I was the only car in the service area at 7:25 am. I'll NEVER have any of my family's cars serviced there again.
