Very Disappointed

on’ve been a service customer for 5 years. Something is very different at the Service Dept this year. Previously the Service Advisor was very professional and communicated with emails and texts. This didn’t happen this time, I had to call and email to find out where my car was. Yearly service for oil and fluid checks usually took a couple of hours, they kept the car overnight . Unacceptable , I had to contact the service advisor and so did my husband to get the an update. Service advisor claimed he didn’t know , we had to ask him to please find out so we could pick up our car. What changed ? Service dept is very different than in previous years
