I have had my BMW serviced in three cities (2 states) over the past three years. Jonathan at BMW Towson is the best service advisor I have encountered. He was professional, efficient and very personable. Excellent personality and very knowledgeable. Dealership is clean. Refreshments are ok. Best refreshments at a BMW dealer is still in Grapevine, TX.
