Poor service experience

onService advisor made an appointment for which I was on time. The appointment was minor (oil change and 2 filters). Although I had a loaner, I expected to get my car back the same day. I tried to call the dealership off and on throughout the afternoon to see when my car would be ready — no answer — no one to even leave a vm message. Ultimately went the dealership the next morning and simply demanded my car back. Spoke to the General Manager and, although he was great and made me whole, you can’t expect to have the GM supervise service on your vehicle.
