Took our 2021 X3 in for standard service . Greg Myers has been our Service Technician for the last 2 vehicles we have leased from Towson BMW and he continues to supply outstanding customer service every time we have been there. Greg is excellent at communication before, during and after the service is performed. He is the reason we drive 30 minutes, past 3 other BMW Dealers for service
