X5 (19k miles) w BMW maintenance agreement, nail in 1 tire

Dealer sent me w empty tank in loaner, no warning, no apologies. Used this dealer Aug 2022 for regular maintenance through BMW. After decades of dealers insisting tire rotation was crucial in the maintenance of a vehicle. I now (May 2023) find out BMW has chosen to stop tire rotation. I assumed tire rotation was performed August 2022. This dealer has a “tire specialist “ when you drive into the service department the first person that touches my vehicle is the tire specialist, which, in itself, seems suspicious to me,. I find out that BMW refuses to fix a tire with a nail in it, (tho run flats can be plugged 1x) will only replace.. tires on the front that should’ve been rotated August 2022 are showing signs of wear. I was told it needed to be aligned and the alignment came back perfectly fine. The tire should’ve been rotated August 2022. I would warn anyone thinking about buying a BMW not to purchase their maintenance agreement.. and the service here is subpar.
