Poor customer service (Parts Manager)

onI really didn't want to leave a negative review, but you guys asked and you haven't followed up. I don't feel valued as a customer, I was told the parts manager would get back to me and it's been about a week. All for a refund for parts I never received. The lack of communication is a slap in the face.
