Dealership Service Review
My service rep Stephen was great. Says hello when you come in and takes care of his customers needs. The way the shop is set up, however he’s not the first person you see. Instead on your left you see a few people sitting at their desk. No one takes the time to greet customers. They almost do their best to NOT make eye contact. They have a few check in staff who soon as you pull up ask - do you have an appointment? In my situation, they asked that question. When i gave my name, they couldn't find me on this clipboard list. I told him Inset it up with Stephan and he told me - oh you can just get out and go talk to him. To me it made me feel like my appointment wasn't legit. I asked Stephan if there was an issue about the appointment. He said no, my information is in the appointment docket. The work on my vehicle went well, but if you want my business and those whom I know are looking for a luxury vehicle, your service center has to do better with the staff who your customers first see.
