Service for rear shocks

I needed some repairs for my BMW . Terrence has been so great in helping me with the repairs. I arranged a loaner for me to use while they did the work. He explained what needed to be done and put no pressure on me to do the work. He is very polite and I hope he remains with your dealer in Towson.
