We were in the market for an X5/X7. Found a great price on an X5 at BMW of Towson. Nancy reached out to us and its been a stressfree experience from the first contact to driving the car off the lot. She even helped out with some local restaurant recommendations while we were waiting for the paperwork to get done. Five stars!!
