Initially purchased a car, then cancelled because of defect and then my excitement turned into a nightmare. The used car I purchased was never taken off the lot and the company had my personal money for too long. Then lack of and poor communication started making me upset and sick. Even though messages left to several different store employees, the return calls just weren’t made to me. And again, the company had the car and my personal check of$18,000.
