BMW of Towson

This was my first time buying a new car, and I opted for the x5. I thought I was going to get a Volvo XC90, but had a terrible experience with the silver spring dealership and their markups. I worked with John Vanburen, and had a wonderful experience. I did my research, knew what I wanted, and ordered my 2023 x5. There were no gimmicks, no dealer markups, and as a first time BMW driver John was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. My truck came pretty fast considering the start of production. Communication towards the end could’ve been better, as my vehicle arrived a lot faster than expected and I had the scurry to secure my financing and insurance. I’d buy a car from them again, and I look forward to working with them throughout my warranty period.
