Visited the dealership and sat down with John Van Buren and selected the options for my car and placed the order. Super easy. I then tracked the manufacturing and shipping on the BMW tracker. Once my car arrived, John contacted me and we scheduled my delivery. I arrived and John had everything ready. We sat in the car and he personally went through the "how to" of the various options. In the meantime all the paperwork was ready and I quickly signed and left the dealership. Would recommend John and BMW of Towson!
