Worst customer service ever

onSince moving here to Baltimore in May, the service guy is my first encounter with a rude, disrespectful, angry, customer-facing person. His behavior was stressful, unkind, opposite of friendly, lacking a smile of any kind, zero energy, zero interaction, just cold mean stares. Argumentative, sarcastic refused to believe what BMW service guys told me, talked to me as if I was stupid an accused me of trying to get a free service, he was abrupt and when car was brought around had me wait another 25 to 30 min.,before rudely telling me it was done. No hi, bye, have a good day, nothing. Terrible person to have representing your company and customers. I am never going back to this location. Never. I got better treatment on the streets by a homeless person at least they used common courtesy. Disgusting. Ruined the rest of my day with his attitude and poor treatment. He definitely has issues.
