onThe moment I drop my car off felt as if I was just a number paying for services. I was not communicated when my car was completed, my appointment was at 1:30pm I arrived late by 8 minutes, I had to send a text to check the status on my oil change at 3pm to see if it was completed. I was not made aware of if the technicians was running behind upon drop off nor during my waiting period. It was not very pleasant for the cost of a $77 oil change. I could've took my car to ED Martin Buick dealership and had a better communication/experience for what this was worth.
