Dealership Service Review
I normally go to an independent mechanic, but there were codes on the check engine light that required reprogramming and so I had to bring it to the dealership. Audi Westmont was awesome. They found a number of issues that weren't even identified by my usual mechanic and even better, they worked with my warranty company to make sure everything was covered. Hasan was not only personable, but very helpful and kept me informed via text (much appreciated). The service manager (forgot his name) took over when Hasan was called away and also worked diligently on getting the warranty company approval on all the work (despite their push back). And then I thought I had left my laptop at the dealership and a wonderful gal answering the phone sent out a note to everyone alerting them to be on the lookout for it, but also personally went and looked for it and even had a male co-worker go check the bathroom. (Embarrassingly, I had left it in the Uber.) Thank you, Audi Westmont! I'll be back!
