I was pleased with my experience at Schaumburg Subaru. Appointment scheduling and check in is automated, and I was able to connect with my service adviser soon after arriving. The advisor was very thorough as he explained the steps and time needed to assemble, install, and test the new key fob, check the condition of the vehicle battery, and replace the engine oil. The advisor also mentioned that he would provide periodic updates about job progress and let me know if any problems were detected. He contacted me when work was near completion and told me when to meet him at the service desk. After my Subaru had been checked and test driven, my advisor reviewed the worklist with me and demonstrated how some of the items worked. We checked the bill together, and I agreed that the prices for parts and labor were fair and reasonable. I was especially happy that I did not have to replace the vehicle battery. My advisor, KM, answered several questions I had about my car, and provided his phone number along with an invitation to call if I had any questions or needed to make a service appointment. (Very good customer service!)
