Dealership Service Review
The service advisor is rude, confrontational and his attitude makes you feel like anything he does is a favor to the customer. He refused to honor a service coupon because I did not present it up front. The problem is that the coupon I presented was for a service that they recommended after my initial check in. When I expressed my dissatisfaction he continued to argue with me that all coupons had to be presented at check in. I once again pointed out that the coupon was not applicable initially. He eventually honored the coupon stating that he would never accommodate me like this again. No worries, he won’t have that option, as I will never go there for service again. I understand policy but this was simply irrational and the attitude and hostility displayed was way out of line. If this is the person chosen to represent the service department, the owners need to evaluate this choice.
