This place is a joke. Truly the epitome of a car sales stereotype. Load so bluster and BS. We bought a Crosstrek there. For the test drive I was instructed to take it around a long block, speeds never went about 45 miles per hour. Skipping over the long an unprofessional details regarding the actual sale of the car and running my credit without permission, I drive it home into the city. When breaking the front end shakes, as if the rotors are bad. I mention it to my husband but we are leaving town the next day for two weeks out of town. Get back and take the car on a 2 hour drive to WI. Car shakes with breaking again. We make a service appointment related to a sensor that went off and my husband explains that the rotors are bad and he’d like that checked to. They check and it’s confirmed that they need to be changed. We are then told how much it will cost for us to pay to change them. This place is a joke. I posted a review on Google about my original experience and was responded to with a ‘please reach out the manager at generic email address, we want to make it right” but today when they could have made it right by fixing what should have been fixed before selling the car, they didn’t. Seriously, go ANYWHERE else to buy a car unless you are a fan of the circus and want to mess around with [non-permissible content removed]
