I called ahead to see if the vehicle was there and it was . FIRST the lady that answered the phone said that they would Match our trade in offer or beat it! Well that should have raised a red flag right there. Second. The Sales man (Todd) . Knew where we needed our numbers to make the deal. I ASKED him multiple times how do you know the monthly payment without checking our credit and talking to financial services. MULTIPLE TIMES. OK numbers came back and This so Called sales Man (TODD) came back and said we have to add this warranty to add money to the vehicle so we can get the financing. It was a Cpo. Yes we messed up listening to this so called Sales Man. Oh yes I forget when we first got there he all ready RED FLAGGED this lady that was there and then said Thank God she left. WELL She's Lucky she left so she doesn't have to write ANOTHER Bad review on Google about this Dealership. Love the car But your Dealership is a BLACKEYE for Napleton Auto Group. I will be your GREATEST advertising Company . IF you like to make this better you know how to get in touch with me .
