Thought long and hard on this review. The dealer ship will lie and tell you what you want to hear to buy . They will also tack on extra warranty and not tell you about it. * which you can cancel* . Also there "cpo" charge is something they will come down on first. Do not pay that because you do not need to. Would highly recomend doing third party financing so the finance managers can't take advantage of you like they will try to . Onto the service department. They are on a different wave length than the dealer. They will get offended if you ask them questions. They have no customer service and aren't there to help you. Go to palatine subbie for service 100 % better. Service department will make a point to tell you that they have nothing to do with the rest of the dealership. Would not reccomend this dealer to anyone. All prices are negotiable. Just threaten to leave and they will run to the office for one last offer. Typicly just discounting the fees there trying to burn you with. Stay safe and do your research. This dealer doesn't care about you just getting your money. Also 3 months after purchase my clutch and trans went out. Like they don't check the cars before selling them.
