Napleton's Schaumburg Subaru

Purchased an pre-owned certified Outback, was advertised as a Subaru certified vehicle for a specified price online. When we arrived the price was quoted as significantly higher. Salesman said it was to pay for the certification. Subaru doesn't charge for certification and the paperwork provided listing the certification as no charge. When the finance person was asked the same question he just shrugged. The sales manager When I called said all dealerships do it. I was deceived from the start. We have received no attempts to address this issue and the contact email given on Google for reviews returns as undeliverable
