Napleton's Schaumburg Subaru

My salesman was Jonathan P. and I have to say he was great to work with. Jonathan was very accommodating and patient. He answered all my questions and concerns without ever once being pushy or condescending, as many car salesmen can be. He was also very responsive to my emails and calls. He was a pleasure to work with these past few months and I will be happy to recommend him to anyone. He is an asset to this dealership. I am female and have done all my car shopping by myself, visiting many different dealerships. I am happy to say I did not have the experience that another lady in July had. At no point in the shopping process was I asked if I could afford the car, and I did not use the dealership financing. I had my older car serviced by the Napleton family for many years when they owned a Dodge/Plymouth dealership in Schaumburg. I was very happy with their service then and hope I will experience the same satisfaction with the maintenance of my new car here.
