Friendly, efficient and caring is what I get every time I step into Gerald Kia. From the time I pull into the service bay and greeted to the time they show me to my vehicle when finished. These guys are first class and extremely attentive throughout the servicing process. It's one thing to get a vehicle you really love and enjoy but it is another whole level when you are treated the same way if not better than when you were first considering purchasing the vehicle. This is truly the mark of a world class organization from top to bottom. I love my Kia dealer and staff.
