A little less than a month ago, I went to buy a truck. I paid way too much money for it. The very next day, I took it to my mechanic just to make sure everything was okay — and it turns out it wasn’t. There are several issues, including electrical codes and a bad alternator. I returned it to the dealer to have it fixed, and all they did was ERASE THE CODES. They didn’t actually fix anything. When I took it back to my mechanic, he confirmed that no repairs had been done — just a cover-up by erasing the codes. I’ve called the dealer multiple times since, and to this day, they have not offered any real solution. It’s exhausting having to chase them down constantly. I live far from the dealership, and they know this, yet they’ve done absolutely nothing to help or make this right. My mechanic has told me the truck is not safe to drive and that using it could make the situation worse. Still, the dealer has done nothing. No help, no accountability — just silence. I’m beyond disappointed and completely done with the runaround. I would not recommend anyone go to this dealer. All they’ve caused me is stress, wasted time, and a major headacheNot to mention the price listed on their website is completely different from what you get at the dealership. Totally disappointing.
