Pleasant routine maintenance service visit

They took me at my appointed time and finished up about 30 minutes early. I even got a warm rhubarb pastry from my service manager - who received several dozen from another repeat customer. Diana Bell, my service manager, was professional with the service yet personally engaging which made for a very pleasant time.
