My car is being serviced under the warranty. Not only have I heard form the service department everyday with followup, but they didn't patch work the problem and send it back to me. They actually called into the manufacturer and engineers came to evaluate, research, and disect the problem to properly repair my car and prevent future repeats of this problem. This is the kind of car you want put into the machine that you put the lives of your loved ones into. All of our cars, even non-Kia's, will now be serviced here.
