Great experience from start to finish. Internet Manager Glenn S. is a gem. He was honest and straightforward from the get go. He was patient with us as we decided on the vehicle that was right for us. He streamlined the numbers at the bottom dollar and we didn't have to deal with the typical gamesmanship that occurs at most dealerships: no first "closer" or second "closer" - just Glenn. He worked to squeeze a bit more for my trade and that was helpful. He knew the new Kia Cadenza inside and out and took the time to "impress" us with all the bells and whistles.
