I am completely impressed by the service, the courtesy and respect I was given the moment I walked into this dealer. This is my second purchase through the Ed Voyles family and I believe the service that I received at Ed Voyles Kia was the among the best. I went through Truecar.com to obtain a price and salesman Glenn S. contacted me via e-mail. Glenn made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed during the entire process. There was no high pressure. He did not talk up the car, to "sell" the car, because honestly the car sold itself. He was simply there to answer any questions that I may have had about the car. Glenn was a very nice person that made you feel as though you were friends for life and had been since you were kids. I was also impressed with this dealer as they empower their employees to make decisions that do not create a high pressure situation. I was not going to trade may other vehicle in as it was not in showroom condition to get the best deal in a trade. Glenn mentioned it to me and since i was not going to trade it anyway, I decided it was okay for them to look at it. Amazingly they came back with a price on that vehicle that surprised me! Another aspect of my purchase was the financing portion of the deal. I had already had the financing in place when I walked in. Glenn just mentioned and in no way pressured me to look into financing through them. I thought we should at least look into it. I ended up financing through the bank that they had affiliations with because they were able to get me a 3.3% reduction in APR. WOW!!!!!! With all of the rambling I have just done, I just plainly have to say, Ed Voyles Kia and the Ed Voyles Automotive Group have out done themselves with the quality, service and customer satisfaction. I will never shop anywhere else!!!!
