Ed Voyles Kia

I went to the dealership on 7/21/10 in hopes of purchasing a new vehicle. My salesman Shannon was very helpful but when it came to to the financing it was downhill. I was there most of the day not leaving until 11pm that night. I was finally told that I would be able to purchase the vehicle with 1500 down which I agreed to. After signing all the paperwork I read over everything and on the paperwork it said th it was being financed by Kia. About 2 weeks have gone by now and I receive a telephone that they were not able to get an approval on the vehicle and I have to return it. I am a repeat customer with this company but they have just lost me, I will never purchase another vehicle from ed voyles hyundai or kia. I would have never driven the car off the lot if it had not been approved. I think this was very dishonest. This was one of the worst experiances I have ever had. The sad part is there was no apology or anything. will never return and would not recommend to anyone else.
