Ed Voyles Kia

First I want to say thank you to the amazing management team, sales team and service center @ Ed Voyles Kia in Smyrna for their impeccable customer service and for always looking out for my best interests. I am thrilled to be a part of the Ed Voyles Kia family. I am your customer for life!!!! I just purchased my 3rd Kia (Credenza 2014) last Friday from Glenn Stevenson and Kyle. As a previous owner of several BMW's, a Jaguar, a Volvo, a QX4 and a Mercedes, I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am with the top safety ratings, exclusive features, technology, comfort, gas mileage and style of the 3 Kia models I have owned (2011 Optima SX Limited, 2013 Optima SX Limited & now the 2014 Credenza). I love every single one of the Kia's I have owned. I always get compliments every where I go and constantly refer people to Ed Voyles Kia in Smyrna. Glenn S. has assisted me with my last 2 Kia purchases. I highly recommend Glenn Stevenson for so many reasons. Glenn's honesty, personality, product knowledge, attention to detail, follow-up, customer service and professionalism are exceptional. He never pressures you, he listens to your needs and wants, he is sooo patient (I can be a pain when it comes to deciding on what color car and color interior I want), he is fair, and gives a very thorough demonstration of all of the awesome features and technology in the Kias. Glenn goes above and beyond, he is a true GEM!!!!! I could go on forever about how wonderful Glenn is!!!!! Thank you again Glenn for making buying a car so pleasurable and easy. I absolutely love my new car and can't quit smiling when I look at it. In addition to Glenn S., I have a few other fabulous people I would like to mention. To start, Kyle who is fairly new at Ed Voyles also assisted me with my recent purchase of the 2014 Credenza. Kyle, has a great personality, product knowledge, he was a pleasure to work with. He smiled the whole time I had him pulling up the different color Credenzas out of the dark pouring down rain into a covered area. I really was a pain. Thank you Kyle!!!!
