My overall experience was GREAT.. Don Hallgren is a GREAT sales Person who I would recommend without issue!!! The Process was a little long , but that's Car Buying. The Down Payment process and finance office trip was FLAWLESS on Friday when I purchased my car. The deal howevr didn't go thru because of lateness on Friday... On monday I went back to sign title work and was informed of a request by the "LENDER" for an additional down payment of $1500.00 before the FINANCING could be completed. After some back and forth with myself , my finance officer and a sales manager the deal was revamped and financing went through. OVERALL the process went well....
