Terrible, terrible buying experience. I would highly discourage anybody from doing business with this organization. In 30+ years of buying cars, this is the most unethical sales organization I have ever dealt with. Be forewarned, they will NOT honor online sales quotes, even when those quotes explicitly state that they are inclusive of all dealer fees and accessories. In addition, I had written confirmation from my salesperson that the price I had been quoted was the total inclusive of ALL charges except tax. It isn't until you are signing final paperwork that you will be presented with an invoice that is several thousand dollars higher than the price you were promised/quoted/confirmed, at which point you will be told that there are thousands of dollars of dealer add-ons which weren't included in the original quoted price. A senior salesperson admitted to me that my salesperson had lied to me, and said that the salesperson would "probably" be fired, but they still refused to honor the quoted price. Moreover, they gave their strategy away when they told me that virtually all cars they sell are subject to the same add-ons which they charge thousands for (things like nitrogen in your tires, thanks!). Do yourself a favor and and buy your Mazda in Gainesville or Jacksonville, where they actually quote you real prices that are subsequently honored.

Update... My experience with Jenkins Mazda started out rocky, but management worked to address my issues so things turned out fine in the end. I was working remotely to purchase a car for my mother, who lives in Gainesville. I used a buying service to get quotes from multiple dealers. As is typical with most buying services, the initial offers are aggressive but there are typically dealer add-ons that aren't disclosed. Knowing this, I worked to get confirmation from my salesperson so that my mother would know exactly what she was paying when she showed up at the dealership. Despite assurances, my mother showed up at the dealership and there were additional add-ons she wasn't expecting. We were not happy. Management acknowledged the slip-up in communications, and seemed to be concerned that the process had not gone well for us. The salesperson was subsequently let go, and we reached a compromise that was satisfactory. Ultimately, the staff at Jenkins (with the exception of the salesperson, now gone) treated my mother well. The price she got from Jenkins, inclusive of the add-ons, beat the other dealerships in the area. And, importantly, my mom loves her new CX-5.
