This is a class A dealership which provides excellent service. John Mccloskey was patient and kind when I told him I was under a time frame and actually found my car waiting and drove it to pick up area himself. I will return to this Germaine Lexus for my next cars’ checkup or if I should have any other problems with my LexusNX. Cindy Keary
