onDuring season in Naples FL our BMW service department is extremely busy and appointments are necessary. OMG my tire light came on and I had a nail in my tire. I am in the middle of a move so I needed my car. There wasn't a seat to be had in the service area, and multiple cars in line, they were so busy on a Monday. My service tech, Rhoel Gray, managed to get a tire installed that day and a loaner for the day.
