Adrian Pena my Service Advisor is in my opinion an individual of sheer efficiency. A courteous man who never lacks providing impeccable service. We own two BMW autos and his professionalism is very much appreciated by my wife and I. His interaction with us is never a disappointment. He is a treat to deal with and has been for several years since his assignment to our account. Rarely do I have an opportunity to encounter an individual who continually provides me with unanticipated exceptional service. In this sense Adrian far exceeds my expectations. Which is why it gives me great pleasure today to speak very highly of mine and my wife’s consistent service experience with Adrian. He in a congenial fashion right from the very beginning of our association demonstrated patience, thoughtfulness and a caring manner to answer without exception all of my questions. I particularly like and admire a person who might not have an answer at a given moment (rarely does occur) who will then take a moment out and immediately seek out an answer and thereafter report back with a trusted solution when needed. Comfortable with Adrian’s advice, I just gladly spent $3,000.00 on repairs of both autos. His customer service is impeccable, standards of which I myself live by. In my opinion Adrian is the ultimate professional who is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. I should think he is appreciated by all Customers he serves. He is a trusted source to me resultant his expertise to satisfy us in every way possible! The Germain dealership is very fortunate to have Adrian in their employ for in my opinion, he is a person of the highest standards which is why I can comfortably speak decidedly of his attributes! We live in Fort Myers and travel to Naples for our auto’s superb service! Lest we forget credit needs also be given to the two BMW autos we own. Superb autos! As we pull in for service sheer efficiency immediately commences. Perpetuated thereafter by the courteousness and professional service received from our Service Advisor Adrian Pena who interacts with us every time. Germain’s excellent mechanics fulfills the experience. Our overall total satisfaction is surely a credit to all personnel engaged at the dealership. The Germain dealership is very fortunate to have Adrian in their employ. As far as my wife and I are concerned, we are very fortunate to have Adrian as our Service Advisor.
