My experience at this time was with service, not sales. I highly recommend to ask for Tona Zarrelli for help with services needed. She was very thorough and knowledgeable with the needs of the car. I was emailed and received texts from her when the part needed was available and when the car was ready. Very happy dealing with Tona Zarrelli and very happy with Germain BMW of Naples.
