onMy ES350 had a dead battery. I replaced the battery because I couldn't bring the car to Lexus, as it was stuck in my garage. Scott went above and beyond, reminding me that the battery was under warrantee, and that Lexus would reimburse me for the cost. He did a great job, no one provides service like Scott and Lexus. This is my second Lexus and I wouldn't buy any other brand of automobile.
