I have been servicing various BMWs with Germain for over 25 years in Naples and their service far exceeds all others in this area. Tona Zarrelli is the best advisor I have come across and the service manager Bill Emerson runs a first class operation. They always bend over backwards to take care of me and I couldn’t be more appreciative.
